By participating in the Car Cruise event to the Local Meet on 10/28/23, you acknowledge and agree that driving and car events carry inherent risks, which may result in personal injury, death, and property damage. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

By participating, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Carmaspeed LLC, Merkies LLC, Cameron Alford, their officers, members, agents, and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by you, or to any property belonging to you, while participating in the event, or while on or upon the premises where the event is being conducted.

This waiver and release shall be binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
